Biometrics access system is used to describe a system which uses a person’s features to allow or deny access. The use of either a Biometric reader, proximity card, finger print or facial recognition will interface with a door controller that then electronically controls the turnstile. The readers associated safety overrides for fire and Gateman, enabling new arrivals to enter for induction and entry onto the system.
