It is imperative to have artificial lighting at the ready to keep your site operating safely and effectively through times of insufficient natural lighting. Under the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974, it is your legal duty as an employer to provide suitable lighting to all your staff so their work can be undertaken safely and effectively. Every area that is used on your construction should be well-lit, either with natural lighting or non-natural lighting. Here at TJ Electrical we can provide you with all your lighting needs.

To ensure the safety of everyone on you construction site in emergencies, emergency lighting is necessary. Emergency lighting provides your workers with a safe route when trying to escape site in times of emergencies.

Here at TJ electrical we have a range of robust distribution boards designed to spread temporary power wherever it is needed across site. We will interact with your team to ensure the correct sized distribution board is installed. We also provide site transformers. These can be used as a safe and easy to use way to provide temporary power to on-site power tools and lighting.

We also provide easy to use linear power distribution with moulded “T” drops and a 16A coupler plug on the bottom of the drop. These can be hung around site safely to avoid hazards.

We can provide your site with Generator Hire and Fuel Management. We will liaise with supply authorities on your behalf to ensure not only the correct size of supply but also the most cost-effective solution for your project.
