The Personal Data we collect about you

When you use our services, we will collect your name, address, phone numbers and email address. We will store this information on our Sage 50 Accounts software that is password protected or securely by physical format.

Why we use this information

  • To provide you with services that you have requested.
  • The service we provide might involve us passing your details onto one of our approved suppliers to provide you with the goods to carry out the work required.
  • We may also need to pass your details on to various governing bodies for certain appliance/installation registration purposes.
  • To contact you in relation to your account.
  • We assume that if we carry out works for you we have your consent to use site images for marketing and social media purposes.

Job Applicants and CV

All the information you provide us will only be used for processing your application or to fulfil any legal or required checks if necessary.

If you send in a CV for a job vacancy we will assume that we have your consent to store your data. If you are unsuccessful we may contact you if a similar role becomes available in the future.

We shall not use any of the information you provide with any third parties. The information you provide will be held securely by us, whether the information is in electronic or physical format.


Under data protection regulation we are required to advise you of any visual images or recording we make of you.

Our premises are covered by 24/7 CCTV video surveillance both inside our warehouse and outside the site. These cameras have been installed in order to help protect the assets of the business, investigate and/or detect crime, apprehend and/or prosecute offenders, and to protect the personal safety of all individuals on site (including employees, visitors and contractors). Images may be entered as evidence in criminal proceedings, used in disciplinary procedures or used for traffic and safety monitoring. The equipment is sited in such a way that it only monitors those areas intended to be covered for the purposes stated.

The recorded images from the system are stored securely with only a limited number of authorised people having access. The images will only be retained long enough to enable any incidents to come to light.
